- → Satisfaction is guaranteed. Our family-owned company guarantees your satisfaction through our no-money-down payment policy and lifetime warranty on labor for every roof we install. And when your project is completed, our owner, Doug, will personally call you to make sure you're happy with your new roof.

Tile: Durable and Elegant
Modern roofing tile is made of stone, metal, glass, and ceramic - an ultra-durable mix with a lifespan of about 50 to 75 years. Tile is naturally weather-and rot-resistant, and it's available in a wide range of colors and textures that will truly complement the unique aesthetics of your San Antonio home. Traditional tile roofs are installed tile-by-tile in an overlapping pattern that hides nails and fends off the elements.
Want the appearance of tile for a slightly lower price? We also offer manufactured tile-look shingles that give you the same beauty and performance of traditional tile, but at a lower cost and with an easier installation process. Because of their significantly lower weight, these engineered tiles can be installed onto the existing roof without any structural modifications.
Slate: Stylish Longevity
Slate is a popular roofing choice for several good reasons. Natural slate can be split into thin yet strong sheets, ideal for roofing shingles. It's highly resistant to water damage or breakage due to freezing. It's a good electrical insulator and naturally fireproof. It's incredibly durable: Slate roofs typically last 80 to 100 years.
Modern manufactured slate shingles are also available as a cost-saving alternative to natural slate. Composite slate shingles are carefully engineered from a state-of-the-art polymer that replicates the beauty and durability of natural slate roofs at about half of the installed cost.
